Zero-Food Biodiesel:  We have designed and built biodiesel technology that uses non-food feedstocks and converts them into diesel fuel.  The technology uses so little energy, that the fuel actually produces nearly 300% more energy than is used to make it.  Biodiesel is Sulfur-free and provides excellent lubricity to modern diesel engines.  Our Algae Biodiesel Plant receives extremely high marks from the Department of Energy in 2009, but unfortunately did not receive a grant award for the 16-million gallon per year facility we designed.

Canola Seed produces 140 gallons per acre annually.  Algae produces 4,000 to 10,000 gallons of oil per acre annually.  Below is a picture of the 8-million gallon per-year plant that was completed in 2009 and is still producing proftable and powerful clean burning diesel fuel while providing a revenue stream for farmers who grow Canola.

This is a 28,000 square foot facility, from a  converted wheat flathouse, in which Canola Seed processing takes place as well.  This is a pollution-free and food-free biodiesel fuel plant.  Isn't it about time we started growing our own fuel?

We can offer you a 16 million gallon plant turn key to your tank farm for $1,850,000. We file for your air and water permits, build it, ship it, and assemble it on your site, and then start it up. 100% guarantee it will continuously produce ASTM spec Biodiesel from any type of seed, bean, or certain kinds of algal oil. Yes, it will work with yellow grease with an added pre-treatment package. Write us at biodiesel@phoenixsciencefoundation.org

Algae-for-Fuel Farm

In 2008, PSF submitted a continuous algae production facility to the Department of Energy; however, the project was not funded. It is designed to sequester CO2 from coal-fire power plants, feed it to green algae in high-volume containments, and harvest clean-burning and powerful biofuels from the oils produced by the algae. The design requires about 1,200 acres of fairly flat land near the stacks of the power plant. There are several benefits from the project:

1. The power plant can receive carbon credits for the sequestration.
2. CO2 that is removed from the emissions of the plant is converted into fuel.
3. The biofuel is carbon neutral, adding zero new CO2 and zero Nitrous Oxide to the atmosphere.
4. The facility will create up to 100 jobs.
5. The fuel made from algae is cheaper to produce than $3.80/gallon petroleum-based diesel.
6. The biofuel made from algae naturally lubricates diesel motors.
7. The dry biproduct is Omega-3 protein pellets for animal suppliments.
8. There are no waste products from the production facility.

Construction costs are very low for the facility, and may be offset by the first year's revenues. Biofuel in a local market fuel, and requires few inputs other than CO2 and sunlight to manufacture from algae. The facility is safe and environmentally beneficial. The facility is scalable; however, the optimum size depends upon the local market for diesel and jet fuels. Algae-based jet fuels have already passed full review by the United States Air Force and are approved for all operations.

Electric Truck Plant

NEW for 2012 is the Vision Motor Cars, Inc. electric truck plant. Right on schedule, the nation's first G-3 Plugin Electric Pickup Truck rolled off the assembly line. The truck is fast, fun, and can carry 1,000 pounds over 70 miles on a single charge with the base model batteries. The price is an amazing $25,000. Upgrade batteries can deliver over 140 miles on a single charge! The technology is the best in the auto industry because of a proprietary new product development program designed for leading edge components including solar recharging. This is a highway ready pickup truck with a top speed of 80 MPH. Watch the clip below:

The Lifestream GeneratorTM John Riley is the inventor of the Lifestream Generator. Production trials have been completed for the Zero Point Research prototyped unit, which has undergone many thousands of hours of testing and operation.  The timeline for first-level scale up production has been planned for 2012.

This is the first practical and robust design using Tesla Technology that we have seen ready for production.  It is primarly a health enhancement technology with physical and energy-based levels.  Currently called an, "Energy Experience," it has undergone many physical therapy validations in multiple countries.
